You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If a third party causes harm through your account, 10gbet will not be held liable if you failed to take appropriate security measures.

• Odds changes: Once a bet is confirmed, the original odds remain valid even if they change afterwards
• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• Technical Errors: If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, 10gbet reserves the right to void that bet
• Maximum Win: The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳50,00,000 (fifty lakh BDT)

Live Betting Special Rules:

• Live betting may have brief "Betting Pauses" — this is normal and managed according to the flow of the event
• When betting during a live stream, keep in mind the streaming delay (15–30 seconds)

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 10gbet. Violations will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

• Multiple accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets or using arbitrage strategies to qualify for bonuses
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on match-fixing or manipulated information
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money from illegal sources through the platform
• Hacking or malicious software: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Third-Party Betting Software: Using bots or automated betting tools
